Plan The Division One Office should keep records of individuals, NGOs, companies and cooperatives who can provide technical assistance to those who wish to plant private trees. Such registered persons or organizations will have the right to conduct forest related programs in the district. The Division Forest Coordinating Committee will form a Technical Assistance Committee to accelerate and monitor the development of private forests. The entire responsibility for the management of private forests will remain with the private forest owners. However, upon their request, the Division Forest Office will provide technical assistance to the concerned stakeholders. Although the main responsibility for marketing the products of private forests lies with the private forest owners, the forest enterprise organization at the district level will correct the information about the price and market opportunity of different species of firewood and inform the Division Forest Office from time to time. Division Forest Office itself will facilitate for attractive investment in private forest development. In order to support private forest development with the support of the government and donor countries, study and research work will be conducted to reduce the deforestation period, increase production and reduce the risk of economically important species. To make the process of registration of private forests and deforestation and transportation of private forest products simple and effective. As there is potential for the following types of private forests in the district, policy reforms should be recommended to develop private forests accordingly. NGOs will be encouraged to play an active role in building private forest groups, private forest networks and federations of private forest owners. To promote alternative energy sources.
